Leadership Academy
This program develops current and aspiring leaders through engaging sessions on leadership growth, communication, and innovation. Based on books like Trust and Inspire, the academy helps participants overcome barriers and refine leadership strategies.

High-Impact Teams (HITs)
HITs replace traditional PLCs, focusing on a continuous cycle of teaching, assessing, and refining instruction to improve student outcomes.

- Focus Areas: Supporting the bottom 25% of students, refining instructional practices, and using assessment data to drive decision-making.
