I’m am so excited to be back at my alma mater teaching this year. This is my 23rd year of teaching in the K-8 public school setting and my 25th year employed with the state of Mississippi. Throughout my years I have taught in the following grades and subjects: 5th - 8th grade music, kindergarten, special education kindergarten, special education 1st grade, special needs adults, 5th grade - all subjects. 6th grade science, and most recently, 4th- 6th grade music. I am looking forward a wonderful year as I help children develop a strong foundation in 3rd grade math concepts and a curiosity and love of science.
