Kosciusko School District Announces Superintendent Search

Kosciusko, Mississippi — December 10, 2025 — The Kosciusko School District (KSD) has officially launched a comprehensive search for its next Superintendent of Schools. The District is seeking an exceptional educational leader with a proven record of strengthening instructional practices and improving student achievement. 

KSD is looking for a superintendent who will inspire trust, build strong relationships, and cultivate a shared sense of pride across the Kosciusko community. The ideal candidate will demonstrate clear communication, strong visibility, and the ability to foster a positive, collaborative district culture. 

Applicants must hold a valid Mississippi Administrator License and have a minimum of five years of successful administrative experience. Additional expectations include instructional expertise, strategic planning skills, and the ability to support principals, staff, and students in a high-performance learning environment.
