Residency Requirements
Students will need one proof of residency from Column A and one proof of residency from Column B.

Important Reminders
- All parents must bring a proof of identification.
- Documents must be in the parent/guardian’s name.
- Must show the physical address (no P.O. boxes).
- No handwritten or month-to-month leases accepted.
- Additional documentation may be requested.
- False information may result in dismissal and legal consequences.

- Cell phone bills
- Government assistance documents
- Automobile registration
- MiFi bills
- Voter registration
- Driver’s license
